Doug graduated from A Better Way in 2011. Doug currently assists in overseeing the daily ministry needs alongside the ministry director as well as the day to day operations of the campus located in Senoia, Ga.

Jerry is a proud father, husband to his wonderful wife Crissy, and has two adult children. He has been around the ministry teaching classes and counseling guys since 2005, but fully came on staff in 2011 as Ministry Director, working side by side with the entire staff overseeing all the daily operations in Senoia, Ga.

Sir Philip helped co-found A Better way along with Brother John and Tony Ingram (since deceased) in 2005. He is a proud father to three children, husband to his beautiful wife for 13 years. He currently serves as liaison between the Georgia Department of Correction and the paroless, and probationers. He is our advocate for men enrolled for their court appearances.

Intake Director
Abram is a 2018 A Better Way graduate, husband to Barbara Reese and proud father. Abram oversees the daily operations of medications, doctor, and dental appointments, and the scheduling of eye exams. Abram has always had an attitude of gratitude for the restoration he has received while here at the ministry.
Jacob is a 2010 ABW graduation with a beautiful wife, and two girls. Jacob is responsible for the weekly course planning, as well as the ongoing spiritual development of the men. He customizes . assignments that target subjects such as but not limited to: identity in Christ, spiritual growth, personal relationships, marriage and sexuality.
Lisa has been with A Better Way since 2006. She manages all A Better Way accounts and office personnel. She helps manage the moving company and all financial transactions. She plays a vital role in the business aspect of the ministry. She makes everyone feel welcome in the office.

Brett is a 2006 A Better Way graduate, husband to Jessica, and a father to five children. He oversees our Thrift Store, Moving Company, Woodshop as well as Trade School. He places men in the best possible work environment to succeed while operating the businesses that provide for the ministry.

Education
Jodi is a 2018 A Better Way graduate and is married to his wife Ariel. He is the first voice the the intake men hear. He responds to letters and applications sent in by prospective students. He works in close conjunction with judges, lawyers, and chaplains, and servicing inmates and frequently visiting county jails for onsite screenings.

Jason is a 2012 A Better Way graduate who oversees the media team that is in charge of praise and worship, night services, graduation ceremonies, and community outreach events. Jason’s passion is watching students grow in this field in order to serve in their local churches and community.

Elizabeth has grown up surrounded by A Better Way ministries with her father being the Program Director. She handles all social media, the website, and oversees the community outreach events.

Christ graduated in November 2019. He teaches GNC (Group Studies for New Christians) for induction students. He is a counselor, friend, and brother to everyone on campus.

David graduated in December 2019. He teaches GSNC ( Group Studies for New Christians) and Living in Christ classes for intake students. He also oversees the fitness training program for the students on campus. He is an encourager to everyone on campus.
