Our team

Sir Philip helped co-found A Better way along with Brother John and Tony Ingram (since deceased) in 2005. He is a proud father to three children, husband to his beautiful wife for 13 years. He currently serves as liaison between the Georgia Department of Correction and the paroless, and probationers. He is our advocate for men enrolled for their court appearances.

Jerry is a proud father, husband to his wife Crissy, and has two adult children. He has been around the ministry teaching classes and counseling guys since 2005, but fully came on staff in 2011 as Ministry Director, working side by side with the entire staff overseeing all the daily operations.

Jason is a 2012 A Better Way graduate who oversees the education team. Jason’s passion is watching students grow in the classroom in order to serve in their local churches and community.

HEAD OF EDUCATION 

Lisa has been with A Better Way since 2006. She manages all A Better Way accounts and office personnel. She helps manage the moving company and all financial transactions. She plays a vital role in the business aspect of the ministry. She makes everyone feel welcome in the office.

Elizabeth is dedicated to connecting the community to the ministry through media. She puts all of her energy into making our thrift store the best it can be for our community

Thomas is a 2018 A Better Way Graduate. He served in our thrift store during his time in the ministry, and he is now overseeing donations, customer service, and overall operations of the store.
